§1. General provisions
1.1. The online store xsong.pl (hereinafter: "Store") is operated by FutureCreate Daniel Piasecki, ul. Rzeczna 1, 64-234 Mochy, Poland, VAT: PL9231514985.
1.2. The Store offers personalized music tracks (hereinafter: "Digital Products") created to order by artists collaborating with the Store.
1.3. Digital Product – a personalized music track created according to the Customer's instructions, delivered as an audio file (MP3).
1.4. Customer – any natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit placing an order in the Store.
1.5. Using the Store constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
§2. Placing orders
2.1. Orders are placed by completing the form on xsong.pl, providing details about the recipient, occasion, music genre, and preferences.
2.2. After placing an order, the Customer receives a confirmation to the provided email address.
2.3. Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days from payment confirmation.
2.4. The completed track is delivered to the Customer's email as a download link active for 30 days.
2.5. Prices are displayed in the selected currency (PLN, EUR, or USD) and include all charges.
§3. Payments
3.1. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited via a secure payment form.
3.2. Available payment methods: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other methods provided by Stripe.
3.3. Card details are not stored by the Store — they are encrypted and processed exclusively by Stripe.
§4. Right of withdrawal & refunds
4.1. Pursuant to applicable consumer protection law, the Customer has no right of withdrawal once a personalized music track has been created according to individual instructions.
4.2. The Store does not issue refunds after the completed track has been delivered to the Customer's email address.
4.3. In case of technical issues preventing file download, the Store will resend the download link.
§5. Complaints
5.1. Complaints regarding unfulfilled or incorrectly fulfilled orders must be submitted within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
5.2. Send complaints to [email protected] with your order number and description.
5.3. Complaints will be processed within 14 business days.
§6. Intellectual property
6.1. The commissioned music track is provided for the Customer's personal, non-commercial use.
6.2. The Customer is not authorized to resell, commercially distribute, or publish the track without separate written consent from the Store.

§8. Final provisions
8.1. These Terms take effect upon publication and may be updated. The current version is always available at xsong.pl/regulamin.
8.2. These Terms are governed by Polish law.
